What you will need

Before beginning your application please ensure you have done the following:

• Reviewed the eligibility requirements to apply for a streamlined permit;
• Reviewed our Permit Fee Schedule;
• Ensured your property/area of development falls within our Regulated Area. Property mapping is available if you are unsure; and
• Have all necessary documents on hand and ready to upload.

What is the process

The online permit application process should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
