Christmas at Ken Reid Vendor Application

Please use the following form to submit your vendor application for Kawartha Conservations Christmas at Ken Reid Saturday December 2nd, 2023 from 10am - 4pm. This is an outdoor event - rain or shine. 

Vendors will have access to their booth space for setup at 9:00am and can pack up no earlier than 4:00pm. 

Vendors are asked to bring all required materials for their booth space, ie. tables, tent, chairs, etc. Please note that there is no access to electricity.

Vendor Space - $50+hst

General Liability Insurance is required. If you do not have insurance, we’ve partnered with Duuo Insurance to offer Christmas at Ken Reid vendors affordable short-term insurance coverage that meets our requirements. Single day coverage begins at just $13. Get set-up in minutes here.

Inclusion in Vendor Market brochure that will be promoted on social media leading up to event. Kawartha Conservation features nearly 20,000 dedicated followers and a monthly reach of about 200,000 impressions, connecting your brand to a vast and engaged audience across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

Access at 9:00am to setup vendor space. Vendor Market opens at 10:00am.
